Houston, we have a tooth!

I stole the title of this blog post from Mary Jo.... She posted it as a Facebook status update when her son got his first tooth, and it made me giggle for the rest of the day. Anyway, Sonia's first tooth finally erupted on Christmas Eve, and it is sharp! I'm still not used to feeling that tooth scrape the spoon when I feed her solid food. FYI, her favorite solid food is garden vegetables, which is a mix of peas, carrots, and spinach. She likes vegetables better than fruit. All I have to say to that is "HUH?!?!?" I know that there's a huge possibility that her tastes will change once she becomes a toddler, but for now, it appears that she is taking after her daddy in terms of food preferences as well as looks.

Drum roll, please.... And here's the tooth!

What is wrong with her that she got a veggie tooth rather than a sweet tooth? What a nutburger. But it's a very cute tooth. Remember not to give her your finger to chew on anymore... ; )
